CLSO Learning Systems Inc.
CLSO Learning Systems Inc. is a Start-up company founded in 2006 by Shad Moarif, the developer of CLSO-Math. The novel CLSO (Concepts-Language-Symbols-Operations) approach for teaching Math to students is based on Shad’s 25 years of experience in remedial education. It has been designed to appeal to different levels of learning abilities.
In November 2006, Sanja Saftic joined CLSO, bringing her expertise in project management and marketing to the company. She focuses on the commercial development of CLSO and its international promotion. Sanja is based in Switzerland.
The objective of CLSO-Learning Systems Inc. is to adapt CLSO-Math for internet-based delivery and introduce it into the global Math-education market.
The company is based in Vancouver, Canada, but plans to set up local subsidiaries in sync with the adaptation of the program to Asian and European markets.
CLSO is presently seeking partners or investors for the next development step.
| SF1 Start Up - CLSO Learning Systems among the top 100 start up candidates Swiss Television (SF1) has launched the documentary “start-up – roadmap to your own company”. The documentary focuses on young entrepreneurs, their ideas and their investors and will be broadcast in eleven parts starting in April 2007.
